Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • Return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The product is free from stains, perfumes, damage, or alterations.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as non-returnable.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Exchange Policy

If you require a different size or received a defective item, we offer exchanges subject to product availability.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product, Ever Poise will arrange the return shipment. For all other returns, shipping charges may apply.
